About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our brand and campaigns across Vietnam and beyond. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that amplify our mission, engage our diverse audiences, and elevate the impact of our initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a purpose-driven marketing professional to build something meaningful at scale.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement organization-wide marketing strategies to support key programs, campaigns, and strategic priorities.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable marketing plans, including messaging, channel strategy, and audience segmentation.
🔹 Campaign Management
- Lead cross-platform marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring brand alignment and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (education, design, tech, operations) to drive campaign success.
🔹 Content Strategy & Oversight
- Supervise the content team in developing creative, compelling, and consistent content across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor performance and optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
🔹 Brand Growth & Community Engagement
- Strengthen STEAM for Vietnam’s presence as a leading educational nonprofit through storytelling, thought leadership, and media engagement.
- Build and nurture a loyal, engaged online and offline community of learners, educators, and supporters.
🔹 Team Development
- Mentor and manage a team of marketing volunteers and interns, empowering them to execute initiatives and grow professionally.
- Set clear KPIs and lead team reviews to drive accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
✔️ Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, with demonstrated success in leading campaigns, content strategy, or community building. Non-profit or education sector experience is a plus.
✔️ Skills & Mindset
- Strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Capcut).
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Passionate about education, social impact, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
