Role Description
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer (Full-time / Remote) to create high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and brand materials. This role is best suited for a designer who already understands modern social media design, layout, typography, brand consistency, and digital-first creative execution. You should be able to create polished visuals for multiple brands while adapting to different styles, industries, and content needs. You’ll be working with international clients and brands, creating designs that are clean, engaging, on-brand, and built for social media performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar platforms
- Proven experience creating social media graphics, carousel posts, story designs, thumbnails, ad creatives, campaign assets, and digital marketing materials, with a strong portfolio
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency
- Ability to create clean, modern, polished designs that feel current, premium, and platform-appropriate across different brands and industries
- Strong understanding of social-first design for Instagram, TikTok, digital ads, websites, and other digital platforms
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, reference styles, and creative direction accurately while adapting to different visual styles
- Comfort creating multiple versions when required, including layout variations, carousel structures, campaign concepts, and ad creative variations
- Strong attention to detail, including alignment, spelling, formatting, image quality, file organization, and final file preparation
- Organized, independent workflow with strong time management, reliable communication, consistent deadline delivery, and comfort working asynchronously
- Strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms, with the ability to use AI for creative research, moodboards, visual direction, campaign ideas, copy support, mockups, and workflow improvement
- Assets: Brand identity design, logo design, website design, ad creative experience, AI image/video generation experience, and experience working with international clients.

- Designers who rely only on templates, generic AI outputs, or cannot create original, polished visual concepts
- Designers who struggle with feedback, revisions, adapting to different brand styles, or following creative direction
- Designers currently working with another creative agency or studio that would conflict with availability, focus, or deadlines
