UIUX Designer (Crypto)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the interaction design of the exchange website and APP, establish and implement interaction guidelines, and optimize workflows.

• Collaborate with product managers on creative ideas and provide end-to-end solutions with excellent product experience

• Solve issues in campaigns and products from a user experience perspective.

• Conduct competitive analysis, research target user needs, and quickly iterate to optimize existing products.

• Maintain strong sensitivity to product feature data changes and user satisfaction, leveraging data insights to improve experience design.

• Apply solid data analysis skills to measure design effectiveness, support decision-making, and continuously enhance product usability.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UX design experience; prior experience with exchange products is preferred.
• Familiar with user research and interaction design methods/tools; able to independently conduct research and deliver flowcharts, wireframes, interaction specs, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong sense of interaction design and aesthetics, with the ability to balance usability and visual appeal.
• Experience in UI/UX design for overseas C-end (consumer-facing) products, with a global perspective on user behavior and design preferences.
• Strong learning ability, logical thinking, high initiative, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
