The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to build scalable data and ML-driven systems while working closely with quantitative researchers and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines
• Develop ML-driven financial modeling and analytics tools
• Design and optimize high-performance systems
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and leadership
• Integrate with fintech platforms and financial institutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong production-level Python skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring engineers is a plus
• Fintech or financial modeling experience is a plus
