CTO & Co-Founder (Technical)

We are building an early-stage AI company focused on voice and conversational AI for business communication.

The goal is to create a high-impact product that helps businesses handle customer interactions more intelligently and efficiently at scale. We’re still in the early phase — validating the problem, building the core product, and shaping the long-term vision.

What the role involves

• Own the technical direction and product architecture end-to-end.
• Build and ship the initial AI-powered communication system (voice + conversational flows).
• Make key decisions around AI models, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Help define and build toward a defensible long-term product vision (including data and intelligence layers).
• Work closely with me on product decisions, go-to-market, and company building.

This is a true co-founder role with significant equity and ownership.

What We are looking for

• Strong experience building and shipping production AI systems (especially conversational AI, voice agents, or LLM-based applications).
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms, voice technologies, or real-time communication systems.
• Previous startup experience (technical founder, early engineer, or tech lead in a 0→1 environment).
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Someone who is excited about building a meaningful AI company and is ready to commit long-term.
• Interested in people who have shipped real products and have strong opinions on how to build reliable, scalable AI systems.
