Your Mission
As our Content Ninja, you will be on the front lines of audience growth. You will use data, creativity, and speed to deliver powerful content strikes across social media, creator networks, and owned channels. Your goal is to help our brand dominate the feed before anyone sees it coming.
Your Daily Training Will Include
Strategic Strikes: Plan and execute campaigns that build audience, drive engagement, and amplify our message across social, content, partnerships, and email.
Creative Combat: Collaborate with design and video allies to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.
Distribution Mastery: Deploy posts and campaigns across multiple channels with precision timing and optimized reach.
Partner Alliances: Assist in identifying and managing creator, influencer, and media relationships that strengthen our brand.
Metrics Awareness: Track every move. Analyze engagement, run experiments, and refine tactics for maximum impact.
System Building: Develop repeatable playbooks and dashboards so each strike is sharper than the last.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, brand, and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns like a perfectly choreographed kata.

Your Ninja Toolkit
1 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, content strategy, or audience development.
Proven ability to execute across social and digital platforms.
Skilled with analytics tools, content management systems, and social dashboards.
Strong understanding of what drives engagement and virality.
Able to collaborate easily with creative, data, and product teams.
