We’re building the AI powered ‘voice of the customer’ platform. We aggregate data across enterprise systems, connect with external data sources and get a 360 view of customer behavior. Product, marketing, customer success, and early stage founding teams use our platform to dive 10x deeper with their customers. This then informs what features they build, how to price services, how they improve quality etc. We have hard data to show that using our product directly impacts conversion, customer churn and NPS. Our product is built and informed by our own experience as founders on a journey to product market fit, and the known jobs to be done in building a winning ‘voice of the customer’ team within best-in-class consumer and enterprise software companies. We are a venture fund that also builds two to three companies each year when we land on an opportunity with huge potential, and where we bring an unfair competitive advantage to building that company. We are former exited entrepreneurs and our LPs are some of the most storied investors in venture capital today. We have deep networks in enterprise saas. We also are former Amazonians and we apply the proven company building methods that have enabled Amazon to build thousands of venture scale companies.

About the Role:

This is a co-founder CEO role. We’ll be there to support you and make you a 10X founder with our network and in-the-trenches support. But you will be calling the shots. We’ll help you build a team. Support you in developing product and in GTM. We will be there with you every day. You won’t be building a company alone as you will have us. And as you build your team, as your product gets real traction, as you raise additional venture financing, we’ll continue to be there to support you.

Signals You’re the Right Fit

You’re potentially a great fit if you tick the boxes below.

5-10 years experience in a senior role in product marketing, product development or customer success (domain experience in leading ‘voice of the customer’ initiatives is really important for this role), ideally across more than just one fast growth early stage or scaled startup
Proven leader with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Deep focus on customer-driven product development
Lots of evidence of rolling up your sleeves and getting in the trenches to solve problems
Deeply curious and passionate about creating new things
Strong bias for action and deep ownership in your work
Evidence of exceptionalism in prior work or personal life (e.g. you were a former top performing athlete, you overcame incredible adversity early in your life, you’ve advanced incredibly quickly in your career)
Evidence of and strong interest in building on LLMs (you’d be an odd duck if you didn’t have this interest)
Plenty of experience and a love of working in a startup environment and operating in the gray
Evidence of being exceptional in business development and fundraising (acquiring customers, partners, team members and investors is a core part of the CEO role)
Proven ability to take products from zero to one in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with product, design and marketing teams
Proven ability to build incredible trust with team members, investors and customers
Driven by a desire to build a scalable business and thrive as both leader and builder
