Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Remote (UK-Based)

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team and lead the next phase of platform development. This is a hands-on role with high impact — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and early-stage ownership.

What you'll do:

• Design and build scalable, user-centric features using Python, React, and AWS
• Lead architectural decisions and tool selection across the stack
• Collaborate closely with our CPTO and founding team to shape product direction
• Own delivery from ideation to deployment in a fast-moving environment
• Gain exposure to all parts of the business and help shape company culture

What we’re looking for:

• Deep experience with modern full-stack development (Python, React)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Passion for clean code, developer experience, and scalable design patterns
• Comfortable working in a startup: autonomous, pragmatic, and fast-moving
• Based in the UK with the right to work; able to join bi-weekly team meetings in London
