Graphic Designer

Steadfast is growing, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a knack for creative, visual storytelling to join our team! If you thrive on taking an idea and bringing it to life through strong photo composition, sharp layouts, and thoughtful execution, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you have 3D skills to add depth to your work.

At Steadfast, we build brands, websites, and campaigns for healthcare and life sciences clients who need creative visuals to stand out. We blend scientific understanding with high-quality, strategic execution—transforming complex ideas into compelling design. From bespoke websites and engaging sales collateral to bold marketing campaigns, you’ll play a key role in creating work that grabs attention, tells a clear story, and solves real problems.

📍 Remote-friendly, but hiring within the central or eastern U.S. to align with the team's work schedule. We are not accepting non-U.S. applicants at this time.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize and execute strong, refined visuals for digital and print
• Balance layout, composition, and typography with photo and 3D storytelling
• Develop logos, layouts, and high-impact marketing or campaign graphics
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and developers to bring creative ideas to life
• Ensure every design aligns with brand strategy and visual excellence

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of design experience, ideally in an agency setting with a breadth of project types
• Strong skills in photo composition, image manipulation, and layout
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Experience or interest in 3D rendering & visual storytelling (Cinema4D, Blender, or Adobe Dimension a plus)
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects
