Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Udemy Marketing Expert based in New Delhi, with some work from home permitted. The Udemy Marketing Expert is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote Udemy courses. The role includes tasks such as developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating social media content, analyzing marketing performance, and optimizing promotional strategies. The expert will also collaborate with the sales team to drive course enrollments and enhance the brand's online presence.
What You’ll Do
1. Udemy Growth & Optimization
- Develop and execute full-funnel Udemy marketing strategies to increase enrollments, engagement, and course ratings.
- Master Udemy SEO — from titles and keywords to descriptions and metadata — to maximize visibility.
- Manage learner engagement (Q&A, reviews, announcements) to boost retention and satisfaction.
- Optimise landing pages, promo videos, and thumbnails through A/B testing and conversion insights.
- Run paid promotions, coupons, and offers to maximize visibility and ROI.
2. Social Media Strategy & Community Growth
- Build a cohesive brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Repurpose course content into reels, carousels, and short-form videos that drive curiosity and clicks.
- Plan and execute organic + paid social campaigns that convert.
- Engage with communities, respond to comments, and grow brand trust through storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to maintain consistency in tone and branding.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track performance metrics — CTRs, conversions, ROI, and audience growth.
- Use Udemy Insights, Google Analytics, and social dashboards to measure success.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify and scale top-performing campaigns across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Udemy course marketing and social media management.
- Deep understanding of Udemy’s algorithm, learner psychology, and growth levers.
- Proven results in SEO, paid ads (Meta/Google), and landing page optimization.
- Proficient in Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, AI marketing tools, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and thrives in a creative, autonomous setup.
