We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and optimize a high-performance content + lifecycle growth engine for a leading consumer fitness app.
You’ll own funnel performance across key stages — turning visitors into trial users, trial users into paid subscribers, and driving long-term retention — using a mix of lifecycle marketing, CRO, and content-driven strategies.
This is a critical role focused on building measurable, repeatable acquisition and retention engines — not just brand awareness or paid UA. You’ll be expected to show real funnel ownership and results.
You must be able to show:
- Strategies/initiatives you’ve built from scratch in lifecycle, CRO, funnel optimization, content, influencer, or adjacent marketing channels — with quantifiable outcomes
- Live examples of content channels or campaigns you’ve helped grow (email, YouTube, IG, TikTok, blog, community, newsletter, etc.)
- Success in a consumer app / subscription environment — with scrappy, test-driven thinking
- Ability to own and evolve the growth marketing strategy — not just execute pre-set plans
If you can’t demonstrate these, this is not the right role.
You will:
- Own the conversion funnel — visitor → trial → paid subscriber → retained user
- Design and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, in-app, content, push, and SMS
- Build content + influencer programs that drive acquisition and retention, not just awareness
- Run constant testing to improve funnel conversion and CLTV
- Develop playbooks to scale proven growth levers
- Drive segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging
- Analyze funnel data and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
You bring:
- Proven track record in funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and content-driven acquisition
- Hands-on experience running programs in consumer app / subscription businesses
- Quantifiable results — CRO wins, trial-to-paid conversion lifts, churn reduction, CLTV gains
- Ability to show live examples of your work
- Scrappy operator mindset — fast testing, continuous iteration
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — Product, Content, Creative, Data, and Engineering
- Experience of working on fitness, wellness apps or subscription based products
We are specifically looking for candidates who have built growth engines from scratch — not those who have only optimized existing large-enterprise funnels or focused on product marketing.
If you thrive on building high-performing, measurable growth programs — and you can show us what you’ve built — we’d love to talk.
