UI Designer – Automotive Mobile App (Project-Based)

Type: Contract / Project-Based (Remote)

Budget: $3,000 – $6,000 USD

Timeline: 4–6 weeks

About the Project

We need an experienced UI Designer to revamp the look and feel of our existing automotive mobile app (iOS & Android). The app is fully functional; the goal is to modernize the UI across ~15–25 screens for a cleaner, more professional design.

Responsibilities

• Redesign existing screens with a modern, consistent UI
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready assets (Figma preferred)
• Create/update a simple design system (colors, typography, components)
• Provide design files and asset handover to developers
• (Optional) Suggest small UX improvements or micro-interactions

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in UI/UX or mobile app design
• Strong portfolio with mobile app redesigns (IoT or automotive preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma (Sketch/XD also acceptable)
• Understanding of mobile design best practices; CarPlay/Android Auto knowledge a plus
