Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying new creators for existing and new campaigns, developing and maintaining strong relationships with creators, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling content and influencer strategies, and crafting effective messaging and pitches to creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and Identify New Creators
- Research and discover new creators that align with our brand values and campaign objectives.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to identify potential influencers.
- Evaluate creators based on their audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality.
Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Creators:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for creators, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with campaign goals.
Work Cross-Functionally:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Communicate campaign requirements and expectations clearly to internal teams.
- Provide feedback and insights from creators to help improve product offerings and campaign strategies.
Craft Messaging and Pitches:
- Develop compelling pitches and campaign briefs for creators.
- Communicate campaign details effectively to creators, ensuring they understand the objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with managing campaigns and coordinating communication
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging pitches and campaign briefs.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in writing and talking in English
