We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development of the DEWALT brand in Bulgaria and help translate brand strategy into strong sales execution.

What you’ll be doing:
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the local marketing agenda for DEWALT in Bulgaria. You will work closely with sales, digital, product, and European marketing teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support sell-out, and drive growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies with a focus on long-term marketing plans
- Leading the launch of promotions, new products, concepts, displays, and other brand initiatives
- Planning and organizing events, trade fairs, and promotional activities
- Coordinating the creation of catalogues and other marketing materials
- Managing translation and adaptation of marketing assets for the local market
- Driving sell-out activities in close cooperation with sales teams
- Working with digital and social media teams to ensure aligned execution across channels
- Managing the marketing budget and PO process, with a strong focus on ROI
- Measuring campaign effectiveness, reporting results, and generating actionable insights
- Supporting operational activities, including pricing setup
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Developing co-op activity strategies and leading related discussions
- Conducting regular customer meetings and market visits
- Partnering with Sales Managers and Supply Chain to support accurate forecasting
- Building a strong understanding of market size, market share, category performance, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborating with internal support teams to build the infrastructure needed to support business growth
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can confidently operate across both marketing and commercial environments.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or senior sales roles
- Experience ideally gained in industries connected to the construction sector or related product categories
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Experience with social media and influencer collaboration
- A proven track record in product launches, pricing management, and promotional campaign delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the power tools market would be a strong plus
Languages
- Bulgarian and English are required
- Additional languages are a plus

- Internal teams: Sales, Training, Demand Planning, Business Care, and Product Commercialisation
- External partners: Traditional trade, modern trade, and e-commerce customers
