Marketing Director
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across all channels. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth across all business units
- Create and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve quarterly targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning
- Establish clear performance metrics and regularly evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top marketing talent across various specializations
Brand Management & Communications
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints and marketing channels
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns and special projects
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Supervise digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize online presence
- Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve lead generation and nurturing capabilities
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate regular reports for executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business results
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content management systems
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and marketing ROI analysis using advanced Excel or similar tools
Leadership & Communication
