Email Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Email Marketing Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Mexico. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to build experience in email marketing, customer communication, and campaign operations. The role focuses on supporting email campaign execution, managing email-based tasks, and ensuring professional written communication. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling repetitive administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Copy and paste campaign content into email marketing builders accurately.
• Support email campaign setup, organization, and daily operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized communication and fast response times.
• Proofread emails for grammar, spelling, clarity, and professionalism.
• Assist the Email Marketing Manager with daily tasks and campaign support.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to complete daily responsibilities.
• Track and organize campaign-related documentation and communication records.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure campaign accuracy and completion.

Qualifications
Required:

• Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Languages, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable following instructions and handling repetitive processes.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable, responsive, and a fast learner.
• Customer-service minded with professional email etiquette.
• Prior experience or internships in Email Marketing, Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative Support, Communications, or related areas is a plus.
• Prior email marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish depending on project needs.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ChatGPT or AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Experience with administrative or customer communication workflows.
• Experience with digital marketing processes and campaign coordination.

Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $13K - $15K monthly, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
