Sr. Software Engineer- Next Experience UI Framework (Remote)

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on Next Experience UI framework (Seismic/UI Builder), modern UI technologies (React, AngularJS), and reusable JavaScript components.

This is a 3-month contract, 40-hour per week remote role in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on Next Experience UI framework (Seismic/UI Builder), modern UI technologies (React, AngularJS), and reusable JavaScript components.
• Implement REST API integrations, Flow Designer workflows, ATFs, and backend configurations to support scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, high-performance technical solutions while ensuring platform best practices.
• Perform debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience on the ServiceNow Platform, extensively on UI/portal development and back-end configuration.
• REST API Integrations, Flow designer, Scripting Configs, ATFs
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like AngularJS, React
• Experience with Now Assist products
• Passion for JavaScript coding and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Good analytical, design, communication skills & team player
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances)
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations

Desired Skills

• Skilled in Next Experience UI framework (Seismic framework/ UI Builder - based on React) of ServiceNow Platform
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Compensation: $90 – $94.30/hr on W2
