Digital Marketing Manager (Staffing/Professional Services) – US Market (India - Remote)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This hands-on role will focus on executing branding and lead generation campaigns to increase Stage 4 Solutions’ brand awareness and capture leads. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and process-driven marketing professional who is open to learning new skills and tasks. Candidate MUST have experience working for US based Professional Services/Staffing companies marketing to the US market.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing based in the US.

This is a full time, 40 hour per week role, based in India. MUST work in US - EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn Stage 4 Solutions’ services, approach, processes and systems.
• Understand Stage 4 Solutions' target audience, build target lists, and maintain a clean contact database.
• Administer the CRM and marketing automation system, HubSpot, and other marketing systems such as LinkedIn automation, WordPress, social media platforms and others.
• Working with the VP of Marketing, execute multiple campaigns to drive awareness and interest to Stage 4 Solutions’ services and generate client leads.
• Create social media posts and graphics, short video content, and assist in the creation of other marketing collateral (such as client presentations or service overview documents) as needed.
• Prepare reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing in US-based companies, reporting to a US-based manager, marketing to the US-market. Staffing/Services/Consulting company experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• MUST have attention to detail, be process-oriented, have the drive to succeed with a positive attitude.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience building campaign target lists and managing campaigns on multiple digital platforms simultaneously
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn automation platforms, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and data intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai), graphic and video creation/design software (Canva, etc.) required.
• Bachelors degree
