🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy advanced ML models across use cases like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Apply expertise in time-series forecasting, causal modeling, and Generative AI
• Own the full ML lifecycle — from problem scoping and model development to deployment and monitoring
• Build batch and real-time algorithms with tooling for monitoring, A/B testing, and automated validation
• Stay on the cutting edge of GenAI and supply chain tech, applying emerging methods in production

🧠 What You Bring

• 8+ years in data science, with a strong focus on supply chain applications
• Mastery of Python, R, Scala, or Rust
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Spark, and ML tools like MLFlow
• Practical expertise in Generative AI (open-source LLMs, API services, etc.)
• Strong business acumen around supply chain operations and logistics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-starter mindset with ability to lead independently

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Supply Chain
• Experience in retail or logistics environments
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
