Are you an experienced Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile delivery and cloud-native data engineering? We’re looking for someone to lead complex data initiatives that power trading, risk, and compliance systems in the Finance & Capital Markets space.

This role combines Agile facilitation, technical oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of data solutions on AWS.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Project Management

• Lead multiple Scrum teams delivering AWS-based data solutions

• Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)

• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement

Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with architects/engineers on scalable data designs

• Oversee pipelines built with Spark, Kafka, Python, Parquet, Iceberg

• Align delivery with data governance, security, and compliance standards

• Support AWS services including S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lake Formation, Kinesis

Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary liaison between business (trading, risk, compliance) and tech teams

• Translate requirements into actionable user stories/epics

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure regulatory alignment

✅ What You Bring:

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or TPM on data engineering projects

• Deep knowledge of the AWS data ecosystem

• Understanding of streaming/batch architectures, Spark, Kafka, Python

• Familiarity with Medallion Architecture, Parquet, Iceberg

• Hands-on exposure to Finance & Capital Markets projects

✨ Preferred:

• Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, PMP, SAFe

• Experience with regulatory reporting, risk systems, or trading platforms

• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, DBT

• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and security frameworks
