Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Aritzia’s email marketing program during the critical holiday season. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and business aspects of email marketing and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between marketing, development, and QA teams for Aritzia’s email program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document email campaign requirements.
• Perform thorough QA on email templates, ensuring proper rendering across clients, browsers, and devices.
• Utilize HTML knowledge to review, troubleshoot, and suggest improvements to email templates.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Monitor email campaign performance and assist in identifying issues or optimization opportunities.
• Provide off-hours support as needed (compensated with regular hours).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within email marketing or CRM programs.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS for email, and email best practices.
• Experience working with QA tools and performing functional testing.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and support flexible hours during peak times.
• Prior experience supporting marketing teams during holiday or high-traffic seasons is a plus.
