π About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned professional who has hands-on experience with MMM and machine learning engineeringβsomeone who can not only build and deploy predictive models but also translate insights into impactful business strategies.
π What Youβll Do:
- Develop descriptive and predictive Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure incremental impact of marketing and non-marketing efforts.
- Scale modeling solutions across multiple geographies and product categories.
- Integrate diverse data sources and methodologies to enhance marketing ROI measurement.
- Measure both short-term and long-term marketing impact to guide strategic budget decisions.
- Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, including executives.
- Continuously improve modeling techniques to align with evolving analytical trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the growth of the analytics team.

What Weβre Looking For:
- MS/PhD in Economics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5β10 years of hands-on experience developing and operationalizing MMM and marketing analytics solutions.
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and connecting model outputs to business outcomes.
- Experience with experimentation and causal inference techniques.
- Proven track record in deploying models into production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms for scalable model training and deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
