Are you a performance-driven marketer with the hands-on expertise to lead and scale paid acquisition channels? Staffstream, a high-performance outsourcing company, is seeking a Philippine-based, full-time Head of Paid Marketing to own and execute our digital advertising strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
This is a fully remote, long-term role with a proper Philippine employment setup -ideal for someone with strong agency experience who thrives on autonomy, data, and measurable results. As we grow, you’ll lay the groundwork for a future team you’ll help build and lead.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and lead the paid media strategy, covering campaign architecture, audience targeting, and channel selection.
- Build and manage high-performing paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Execute hands-on work including keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.
- Implement and troubleshoot end-to-end conversion tracking and lead funnel analytics via GA4, Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
- Audit underperforming campaigns and apply data-driven optimisations to improve ROAS and lead quality.
- Track, report, and communicate key performance metrics and campaign insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with digital and sales teams on lead generation and CRM integration.
- Establish scalable marketing infrastructure and, over time, hire and mentor a high-impact marketing team
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
- Have 5+ years of performance marketing experience, including 2–5 years in a digital marketing agency (required).
- Are an expert in managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Can implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking and analytics platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager.
- Possess a strong ability to leverage AI for ad copy, data analysis, and campaign optimisation.
- Understand landing page UX and can collaborate on or edit pages for better conversion rates.
- Are comfortable presenting strategy and results to stakeholders, with strong communication skills
What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter with:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills, including the use of AI tools for ad and landing page content.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
- A high degree of initiative, curiosity, and a desire to own and scale paid channels from end to end
