Key Responsibilities

• Participate in stakeholder workshops during discovery to capture SOC, analyst, and executive viewing patterns
• Define the dashboard system: wallboards, analyst dashboards, executive views; consistent grid, type, color, and motion language
• Design SOC wallboards optimized for ambient operational visibility (multi monitor, glanceable, color forward)
• Design analyst dashboards for triage, investigation, and workload management
• Design executive dashboards for leadership reporting and risk posture
• Build Figma prototypes for the priority dashboard categories: fusion kill chain, threat detection, incident overview and case management, analyst workload, automation and remediation, DLP, threat intelligence, money movement, executive travel, fraud, vulnerability and patch, insider threat
• Author the dashboard capability mapping that ties screens to CTOC views and to data sources
• Run validation sessions with SOC analysts and CTOC leadership; iterate based on feedback

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years in product or enterprise UX design with 3+ years on operational, analytics, or monitoring dashboards
• Strong Figma craft: components, variants, auto layout, tokens, prototyping
• Track record designing for high information density: SOC, NOC, trading floor, command and control, observability
• Working understanding of dashboard heuristics: pre attentive attributes, glanceability, alert hierarchy, color for severity
• Strong communicator; able to defend design decisions with senior security leadership
• Comfortable working alongside data engineers to constrain designs to feasible data and refresh rates.
