🔹 Job Summary

The Java Fullstack Developer (Software Engineer – Senior Associate) will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions that address complex business challenges within the healthcare industry. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product Design, Business Analysis, QA, and Customer Support—to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and database technologies, alongside a solid understanding of software development best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Fullstack applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle—analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services; perform testing using tools like SoapUI.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to software engineering standards.
• Work closely with QA to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Support production environments and perform root cause analysis for application issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and frameworks.

🔹 Required Skills

• Proficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript and Angular frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and experience with testing tools like SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Fullstack software development.
• Proven experience in Java-based backend systems and Angular-based front-end development.
• Exposure to healthcare industry applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API integration is advantageous.
