Our platform helps healthcare providers collect more revenue without adding headcount by automating the manual, administrative parts of revenue cycle management. The result: stronger financial outcomes for providers and reduced burnout for staff.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for our second US engineering hire to join directly under the VP of Engineering. This is a chance to be part of a small but highly capable team, working closely with both US-based leadership and an offshore development team to increase velocity, improve code quality, and drive architectural improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who has the technical depth to contribute across the stack and the soft skills to collaborate, lead discussions, and help shape the culture of a growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance core product features across the full stack (React, Python/Django, SQL)
• Support large-scale backend and database-driven systems, ensuring stability and performance
• Contribute to data engineering projects, data pipelines, and integrations within a massive data platform
• Partner with the VP of Engineering on technology strategy, architecture decisions, and execution of critical projects
• Collaborate with product management to scope and deliver features that align with business goals
• Serve as a US-based counterpart to the offshore development team, ensuring alignment and quality across the engineering org

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including time in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong experience with React, Python/Django, SQL, and AWS
• Hands-on experience in data engineering and large-scale database systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge offshore and US-based teams
• Track record of improving engineering velocity, quality, and delivery

Location

• Fully remote within the United States
• Willingness to travel up to once per quarter for team meetups
