About the Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist with a deep background in lead generation campaigns—not product sales. This person must have independently managed $100K+ monthly budgets, optimized campaigns at scale, and delivered measurable results in CPL, lead quality, and ROAS. You’ll work directly with our marketing leadership to strategize, execute, and scale paid media efforts that drive inbound qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns with budgets exceeding $100K/month.
- Optimize ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding to drive down CPL while improving lead quality.
- A/B test headlines, visuals, targeting, and funnel stages.
- Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to improve landing pages, lead magnets, and form conversion rates.
- Monitor performance daily and iterate campaigns in real-time based on performance data.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on spend, CPL, ROAS, cost per qualified lead, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, and lead generation trends.
- Help forecast lead volume and acquisition costs based on funnel KPIs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale Meta ad campaigns ($100K+/month).
- Proven track record in lead generation, especially for service-based businesses (not e-commerce).
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, pixel/event setups, and attribution models.
- Familiar with CRMs and lead capture tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Typeform, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate actionable insights clearly.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, legal, or other high-ticket lead gen verticals.
