We’re growing fast and looking for a full-stack Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, create, and manage campaigns while coordinating with external specialists (PPC, design, video) as needed.
You’ll report to the CEO and Marketing Director, working closely with sales and operations to grow visibility, generate inbound leads, and deliver campaigns that convert.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the marketing strategy end-to-end for StaffingforDoctors. You’ll balance high-level planning with day-to-day execution across:
- Content & SEO
- Backlinking & PR
- Paid Ads (with external support)
- Social Media & Brand
- Email Marketing
- Analytics & Reporting
Key Responsibilities
Content, SEO/AEO & Backlinking
- Manage and execute the content calendar (blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and short-form videos).
- Optimize website and content for SEO & AEO (answer engine optimization).
- Research and secure backlinks, guest posts, PR placements, and directory listings.
- Build relationships with healthcare associations, publishers, and niche directories.
- Collaborate with freelancers and AI tools for content production/editing.
Social Media & Brand
- Manage CEO’s LinkedIn content (2–3 posts/week).
- Maintain consistent messaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Repurpose video content into Reels/Shorts; assist with simple video editing (freelancer/AI available for heavy edits).
- Track engagement and grow brand awareness through creative formats.
Email Marketing
- Build nurture sequences for healthcare audiences (doctors, office managers, and virtual assistants).
- Repurpose content into newsletters that convert.
- Maintain list hygiene and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Track open/click rates and optimize via A/B testing.
Paid Ads & Campaigns
- Collaborate with external PPC partners to run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Monitor budgets and performance, ensuring campaigns align with company goals.
- Optimize ad messaging and targeting for stronger ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, and Ahrefs.
- Report monthly on KPIs: leads, CPL, rankings, PR/backlinks, engagement.
- Test and improve CTAs, landing pages, and funnels for conversions.
Coordination & Outsourcing
- Manage freelancers in design, web, and content.
- Maintain brand kit, tone, and style guides.
- Keep projects on time and aligned with company goals.
KPIs You’ll Own
- Monthly qualified leads generated.
- Growth in organic traffic & keyword rankings for medical staffing and VA terms.
- High-quality backlinks, PR placements, and directory listings.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and lead-to-client conversion.
- Engagement growth on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Email marketing performance: open/click rates and funnel conversions.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing (B2B preferred; healthcare/professional services a plus).
- Strong copywriting/editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Proven success in SEO, backlinking, and PR outreach.
- Experience with HubSpot (CRM, landing pages, email).
- Familiarity with GA4, Ahrefs, and paid ad dashboards.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex services.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HIPAA considerations in marketing.
- Bonus: Experience using AI tools for content creation.
