💼 What You'll Do
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns from scratch, with a focus on outreach strategies.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, etc.) targeting decision-makers and business owners.
- Write compelling copy and CTAs that clearly communicate the value of our services.
- Experiment with different tactics and funnels to maximize conversions and optimize ROI.
- Work closely with our internal team to align marketing initiatives with our sales goals and pipeline needs.
- Report on key metrics and continuously refine campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a clear focus on B2B lead generation.
- Strong background in selling services, not just products — you understand how to communicate value and build trust.
- Experience creating and managing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Creative mindset — you’re not afraid to test new ideas, A/B test messages, or think outside the box.
- A self-starter who can work independently, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results.
- C1 level of English is a must — both written and spoken, as you'll be targeting English-speaking markets.
