We are looking for someone who can own the marketing operations engine end to end. Social, webinars, EDMs, content pipelines, reporting, and cross team coordination. This is not a junior "post pretty pictures" role. This is a high output execution job where you sit at the center of marketing, engineering, design, and operations.

If you cannot juggle multiple deadlines and keep things moving like a project manager with a machine gun, this is not for you.

Previous project management experience is absolutely essential.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn 30K+ and Meta Suite)

· Plan, write, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

· Maintain a consistent, organised social calendar.

· Convert technical insights from engineers and the CMO into understandable posts.

· Track performance and report insights.

2. Webinars and Training Coordination (Luma)

· Manage end to end webinar setup: topics, scheduling, promotion, reminders, follow ups.

· Coordinate with engineers, the CMO, and operations.

· Ensure smooth execution using Luma and internal communication via Slack.

3. Content Pipeline Management

· Gather ideas, chase approvals, and work closely with engineering and the CMO.

· Turn raw technical information into polished content ready for publishing.

· Keep the content pipeline organised and flowing with no bottlenecks.

4. EDM (Email Marketing)

· Use GetResponse or Mailchimp equivalent to build and schedule newsletters and product updates.

· Maintain clean and effective email cadences.

· Track opens, clicks, and improvements.

5. Push Notifications Management

· Write and schedule product push notifications.

· Keep messaging tight, relevant, and timely.

6. Collaboration with Designers and Video Editors

· Provide clear briefs for assets and campaigns.

· Manage revisions and deliverables.

· Ensure brand consistency.

7. Website Content Coordination

· Prepare articles, SEO tags, and content updates for web development.

· Coordinate uploads and double check accuracy.

8. Work with the Operations Manager

· Align training, webinars, calendars, content distribution, and team workflows.

· Maintain smooth cross functional communication.

9. Monthly Marketing Reporting

· Compile social, website, email, webinar, and content metrics.

· Present insights, trends, and recommendations.
