About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is heavily focused on lead generation, SEO, and content marketing, requiring hands-on expertise in SEO execution, content creation, social media management, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and ready to take full ownership of marketing initiatives without relying on external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve results.
SEO Strategy & Execution (End-to-End):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website structure, blog posts, and landing pages for organic growth.
- Monitor SEO performance and continuously improve rankings through best practices.
Content Writing & Management:
- Write, edit, and manage blog posts, website content, and ad copy.
- Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all written materials.
Social Media Marketing:
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social trends and implement strategies to increase audience growth.
Google Ads & Paid Media:
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO strategies, from research to execution.
- Strong content writing skills, with experience across blogging, web copy, and ad copy.
- Has experience editing video, static content as well as translating collateral to Arabic.
- Expertise in social media management and growth strategies.
- Sound knowledge of Google Ads and paid marketing tactics.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts for better ROI.
- A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
