Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of day-to-day marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
Working closely with a Marketing Specialist, this role focuses on implementing marketing activities across multiple channels including email, events, websites, social media and SMS. While campaign strategy and direction will be led by the Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will assist with executing campaigns and may contribute ideas and creative input where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media and web
- Build, test and schedule email campaigns using Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM
- Prepare email templates, campaign content and formatting, including conducting pre-send checks for links, formatting and segmentation
- Manage and maintain email mailing lists, including contact imports, segmentation and database hygiene
- Monitor and process unsubscribe and opt-out requests to ensure compliance with marketing regulations
- Coordinate and manage event listings, registrations and communications through Zoho Backstage, including setting up Zoom webinars for online or hybrid events
- Create and update website pages using WiX templates, including updating text, images and page content
- Update and manage CMS content across multiple brands’ websites, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using Sprout Social
- Execute SMS campaigns and manage contact lists where required
- Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral and digital assets
- Work closely with the sales and sales support teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across multiple brands and marketing materials
- Support the marketing team with general campaign coordination and operational tasks
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with marketing platforms and digital tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including sales and sales support
- Ability to work across multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience using marketing platforms such as Zoho Marketing Automation or Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with Zoho Backstage for event management
- Experience building or updating websites using WiX
- Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
- Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic HTML coding knowledge, particularly for editing email templates or web content
