About the Role:
Our client is a Canadian-born fashion brand redefining sophistication — designed for women who own the boardroom and light up the evening. Recently launched in Australia, the brand blends timeless tailoring with modern elegance.
We’re now looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Manager who can help us grow our online presence, boost engagement, and drive sales through smart, consistent execution.
Role Objective
The goal of this role is clear — build awareness and increase online sales.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing activities, creating campaigns, monitoring performance, and taking initiative to find new ways to engage customers and grow revenue.
This is not a role where you wait for direction — you’ll be expected to think ahead, take ownership, and act quickly to support the brand’s growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Run and monitor paid ads on Meta and Google to increase traffic and conversions.
- Prepare and send email marketing campaigns (product launches, promotions, newsletters).
- Regularly update the Shopify store — upload new products, update descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
- Track and report sales performance, ad results, and engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions through better visuals, campaigns, or timing.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Engage with followers — respond to comments, DMs, and build positive brand interactions.
- Suggest and test creative ideas for promotions or collaborations to increase brand visibility.
- Identify and reach out to influencers and brand ambassadors to promote new collections and campaigns.
- Coordinate partnerships and co-marketing activities with complementary brands or fashion platforms.
- Manage influencer collaborations from outreach and negotiation to content delivery and reporting.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Use design and content creation tools (such as Canva, or Adobe Suite) to produce engaging visuals that align with brand style and marketing goals.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management.
- Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of online sales funnels and campaign execution.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and communicating via Slack/Zoom.
- Lead generation and cold calling experience is a huge Plus.
