Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role provides the chance to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to our company's continued growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Drive marketing initiatives to support the organisation’s continued growth.
- Develop and execute the social media strategy, including content creation, posting, scheduling, optimisation, and community engagement across platforms.
- Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all company-wide marketing initiatives and materials.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and ranking performance.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Create and maintain corporate marketing materials, including corporate structure brochures, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring alignment with SEO and branding goals.
- Provide support to the sales and management teams through accurate customer data management, CRM updates, and marketing reports.
- Analyse, interpret, and report on marketing data using web and social analytics tools to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
- Manage the monthly marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend and ROI tracking.
Requirements
- Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats—written, visual, and multimedia—tailored for high-end audiences.
- Solid understanding of and/or experience in the Australian construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and project management tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Squarespace or similar platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and work closely with colleagues from various departments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in planning, executing, and analysing multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
