Digital Marketing Manager | WFH | AU Client

A senior digital marketing role where your strategy shapes two real media brands, drives paid and organic growth across five platforms, and delivers measurable audience results — not just reports.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager position embedded within a content and media operation, where you will own the full digital marketing function across paid, organic, SEO, and newsletter channels. You will build and execute a structured multi-platform strategy from the ground up, managing live campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube while simultaneously growing two newsletter audiences and improving organic search performance for a product directory. The scope is broad, the accountability is real, and the work is visible at leadership level from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), improving performance, reducing wasted spend, and maximising ROI across internal channels and client campaigns.
• Develop and implement a structured digital marketing plan across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with prioritised timelines and measurable milestones presented to leadership within the first 90 days.
• Drive SEO and SEM strategy targeting page-one rankings for key listings and improving organic visibility across product categories.
• Grow two newsletter audiences — a daily and a weekly real estate edition — from approximately 2,000 subscribers toward a 12-month target of 20,000 to 40,000 subscribers.
• Build and maintain a weekly and monthly reporting system covering campaign performance, social media growth, newsletter metrics, and search rankings, with automation via AI tools or platform-native reporting where possible.
• Update and maintain a WordPress site including listings, layout improvements, and content uploads.
• Collaborate with a content lead, art director, and social media upload team to align digital strategy with editorial output and brand standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup, audience targeting, optimisation, and back-end performance analysis — paired with working knowledge across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, and AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis, audience reporting, and campaign attribution — you read GA4 data independently and act on it.
• Proven SEO and SEM capability, with a track record of achieving page-one rankings for competitive search terms and a solid command of on-page, technical, and off-page principles.
• WordPress confidence for content updates, page layout adjustments, and day-to-day site management without requiring developer support.
• At least five years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel strategy, not just execution support.
