👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role

Stable is looking for our first Brand Designer to join the team and champion our new visual identity. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining a scalable brand system that spans web, digital ads, motion graphics, and other marketing materials.

You’ll balance creative vision with performance goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver assets that not only reflect our brand but also drive customer engagement and conversion. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure consistency while experimenting with new executions to strengthen our brand.

✅ What You'll Do

Develop creative assets across paid and owned channels, including digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns.
Design across media: web, static digital, motion & video, and physical media.
Ensure all creative work maintains brand fidelity while aligning with performance goals, crafting visuals that entertain, educate, and drive leads.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines while experimenting with new executions to strengthen the visual language.
Support teams across Stable with educational and persuasive content (sales enablement, demand gen, etc)
Experiment and explore new opportunities for top-of-funnel experiences.
Monitor, analyze, and improve pre-sales customer experiences.

✨ Requirements

5+ years of relevant brand or marketing design experience in technical or B2B contexts.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at a fast pace.
Fluency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluency with motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, etc.
Strong understanding of visual web design, responsive front-end fundamentals, and website usability.
Experience working closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
A passion for systems thinking, improving creative processes, and optimizing designs over time.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in exploring new AI trends and incorporating them into your creative toolkit.
Bonus: experience building and managing large Webflow sites.
