About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with experience in the Australian Property and Finance industry. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that builds brand authority, generates leads, and supports business growth across multiple digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and leadership team to execute content strategies focused on property investment, finance, mortgages, wealth creation, and the Australian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

• Create engaging content including reels, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and educational posts

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars

• Write compelling copy tailored to Australian property and finance audiences

• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams for content production

• Monitor engagement, analytics, and campaign performance

• Stay updated with Australian property market trends, finance news, and social media trends

• Assist in lead generation campaigns and paid social initiatives

• Build founder-led and brand-focused social content strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Previous experience working with Australian Property, Real Estate, Mortgage, Finance, or Investment brands

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies

• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms

• Strong copywriting and content planning skills

• Experience creating or directing short-form video content

• Knowledge of Australian market audiences and communication style

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running paid social campaigns

• Background in digital marketing, branding, or content strategy

• Experience working with founder-led brands or personal brands

• Understanding of lead funnels and conversion-focused marketing
