GRAPHIC DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting all aspects of the agency brand, including
design, formatting, layout, graphics, and project management of agency print materials, logos,
advertising, photos, and digital images (social media and website). Projects will include internal and
external communications initiatives that further the St. Croix Hospice mission of delivering the
highest quality hospice care to patients, families, and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have
strong graphic design skills and a technical understanding of current interactive/web technologies
and emerging design trends.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
The starting salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
