Web Developer

SSC is seeking a talented Website Developer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in web design, development, and user experience (UX) who are passionate about creating visually appealing and functional websites for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design and Development

• Create visually compelling and user-friendly website layouts using tools like Canva.
• Develop responsive websites using WordPress Elementor and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimise website navigation and functionality.
• Ensure seamless user interaction by improving the overall website experience.

Content Management System (CMS) Integration

• Build and manage websites on CMS platforms like WordPress, focusing on Elementor for customisations.
• Regularly update, maintain, and optimise websites to meet client requirements.

Graphic Design for Web

• Design engaging visuals, banners, and digital assets using Canva that align with client branding.
• Work closely with branding teams to ensure consistency across web and digital platforms.

SEO and Performance Optimisation

• Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Monitor and optimise website performance for faster load times and enhanced user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in website design and development.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and WordPress Elementor for website customisation.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Experience in implementing user-focused designs and conducting usability research.
