Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage Social Media Calendars (SMCs).
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and post content consistently across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
SEO and Content Optimisation:
- Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve visibility and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research to optimise posts for search engines.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between SEO strategies and social media efforts.
- Regularly update website content to maintain SEO standards.
Market Research:
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to guide social media strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging social media tools, and SEO developments.
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of articles, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
Creative Campaign Development:
- Brainstorm and conceptualise innovative social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
Website Support:
- Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of client websites.
- Ensure web content is optimised for both social media and SEO.
Team Collaboration:
- Provide day-to-day support to the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
You Should Have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management/marketing or a related role.
- Branded content and campaign creation experience.
- Strong SEO knowledge with experience in optimising content for search engines.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and SEO data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
You Should Be:
- An excellent communicator with strong command over English.
- Proactive and able to take initiative independently.
- A collaborative team player focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Committed to a long-term role, with a minimum stay of 3 years.
