Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Professional (8+ years) to act as our Head of Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, strong in performance marketing, and capable of leading teams across SEO, paid ads, and content strategy. This role requires deep expertise in both growth marketing and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), and Content.
• Lead and mentor a team covering ads, SEO, social media content, and creative strategy.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for campaign tracking and performance optimization.
• Build and drive SEO roadmaps, content strategies, and link-building initiatives.
• Oversee social media content planning to align with brand voice and business goals.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for client business growth.
• Handle client communication and present performance reports in a clear, business-focused way.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and automation to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven digital marketing experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GTM.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and funnel strategies.
• Experience in business growth strategy, client handling, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Details

• Work Timing: EST hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST), Monday to Friday
• Compensation: ₹70,000 per month (PF included)
• Mode: Full-time, Remote (Work from Home)
• Requirements: Own laptop and stable internet connection
