Role Overview: Lead Software Engineer/Application Architect with deep

• Expertise in Palantir Foundry to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, application architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design:

• Define the application architecture within Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, workflows, and app structure.
• Lead the development of scalable applications and operational workflows in Palantir.
• Establish best practices, patterns, and standards for Palantir application development.

Leadership & Delivery

• Provide technical leadership to a team of Palantir application engineers.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive agile delivery of Palantir apps, ensuring quality, performance, and governance.

Application Development

• Oversee the creation of user-facing apps (dashboards, workflows, forms, operational apps).
• Integrate Palantir applications with external systems via APIs and services.
• Ensure data access models and security policies are correctly implemented.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Palantir Foundry application architecture and engineering.
• Deep knowledge of ontology design, workflow automation, and application frameworks in Palantir.
• Strong software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, cloud services).
• Experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Palantir.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable Palantir solutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning/Al applications within Palantir.
