We're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Automation team, which offers a remote contract position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to balance multiple projects or commitments while working with a collaborative and innovative team. You'll play a crucial role in creating HubSpot marketing programs and campaigns from conception to success. Your mission is to drive these programs and campaigns towards measurable success, leveraging your automation skills and creative problem-solving to enhance processes and campaign performance, always thinking and trying to accomplish an exceptional service we can offer to our clients.
What You'll Do:
Work with HubSpot:
- Work with different clients to optimize, organize, and complete all the tasks needed on either platform.
- Create the best environment within the instances of both platforms so that the Lead Acquisition, Scoring, and Lead Nurturing processes are the best possible.
- Develop and oversee email strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Engage in data management activities to ensure high-quality and actionable data.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance for better conversion rates, ROI, and messaging.
- Address and resolve any issues in lead routing or campaign execution.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience as a power user of Hubspot.
- You are able to speak fluidly in English in a business environment.
- You can demonstrate success in executing marketing campaigns with expertise using HubSpot, including database management, Smart List development, setup, testing, launching, and scoring campaigns and programs, as well as reporting on campaign analytics.
- You can connect HubSpot to different apps or platforms.
- You have a track record of success with marketing activities, managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks, and promoting events.
- You are passionate about learning and growing within the marketing operations function.
- You are self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- You are an excellent communicator - we talk to our clients daily, and excellent communication skills are essential to this role.
- You understand the pace, expectations, and communication style of the North America market.
