Role: Graphic Designer (Pune, India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand visual assets for digital channels (social media, display ads, email) and print collateral (brochures, packaging, signage).
• Create and iterate brand identity elements—logos, typography systems, color palettes, and iconography—aligned with strategic briefs.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI assets and marketing layouts in collaboration with product designers and marketing managers.
• Prepare production-ready files and manage file handoffs for web, mobile, and print; ensure color accuracy and export best practices.
• Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual systems and adapt assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and maintain an organized asset library and version control.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and print work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience designing responsive assets and UI-supporting visuals using Figma.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and simple animation using Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to prepare web- and print-ready assets with correct export settings and HTML/CSS awareness for handoffs.
• Remote collaboration experience and comfort working across time zones with clear version control and asset organization.

Preferred

• Experience with brand strategy or working at a creative agency.
• Knowledge of print production workflows and prepress requirements.
• Basic prototyping skills and familiarity with design systems.
