Job Summary
B2B Marketing Manager will contribute to shaping the overall marketing strategy and lead the execution of high-impact ABM and demand generation programs. B2B Marketing Manager will oversee content marketing, thought leadership, and digital performance, collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams. From campaign design to performance analysis and funnel optimization, you'll use data to inform decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
- Design and execute ABM campaigns that engage strategic accounts in the home security, AI, and IoT sectors
- Build and scale demand generation programs across content, email, events, webinars, media partnerships, and social channels
- Lead the content marketing roadmap — from thought-leadership blogs and whitepapers to use-case-driven campaigns
- Drive thought leadership and category positioning through PR, guest podcasts, contributed articles, and executive ghostwriting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering to align marketing with customer needs
- Analyze campaign and channel performance using HubSpot, GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and other tools to make data-driven decisions
- Continuously optimize the website and funnel through CRO, A/B testing, and content experiments to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, content creators, SEO/ads contractors — ensuring accountability to KPIs
- Report on campaign performance, attribution, and ROI — from reach to revenue — and use data to drive iterative improvements
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience selling complex solutions through marketing — you think like a product manager and know how to map messaging to the buyer journey
- Proven track record in executing successful ABM programs that influenced enterprise deal cycles
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas concisely and clearly for a B2B audience
- Deep knowledge of demand gen tactics: content, media partnerships, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, events, webinars, email nurturing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar) marketing automation and CRM tools, plus Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools
- Excellent analytical skills — you use data to validate assumptions, measure what matters, and adapt fast
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to have
- Familiarity with global enterprise markets (especially North America and Europe)
- Understanding of marketing and positioning for technical B2B audiences.
- Prior experience with HubSpot implementation and integrating marketing tech stacks
