What You`ll Do

Design visually engaging graphics for web, social media, product UI, pitch decks, ads, email campaigns, and more.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into clear, effective visuals.
Maintain and evolve the company`s visual identity and brand guidelines across platforms.
Create high-quality assets such as infographics, illustrations, icons, banners, and brochures.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Keep up to date with design trends and suggest new ideas to enhance SproutsAI`s visual presence.

Basic Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including digital and print design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or other modern design tools.
Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with technology or AI/ML companies.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design or web/mobile product interfaces.
Ability to manage feedback loops and work in agile environments.
