Sprint Solutions is expanding, and we're on the lookout for the next Graphic Design genius to join our team! ✨

SPRINT delivers print and signboard solutions to real estate agencies across greater Sydney, with a coverage area spanning from Newcastle all the way down to Wollongong. We're currently going through a growth phase, so we're expanding our team to ensure that our clients get the best service alongside the best products on the market.

As part of our creative team, you will be helping with day-to-day artwork tasks for our clients, which could range anywhere from adjusting bleed specs to curating designs from scratch on InDesign. You will be working closely with our sales and onboarding team to ensure our new clients are supported throughout the initial stages of their journey. Reporting to our Senior Designer, this is definitely a position to expand your knowledge whilst working with a great bunch of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create artwork on InDesign based on client briefs and brand guidelines
• Create working files on InDesign for templating
• Communicate directly with clients regarding their artwork-related queries
• Be the QA champion for artwork that we receive from clients, and adjust to our print and template specifications as needed
• Be able to juggle between onboarding projects and one-off urgent artwork requests

Is this you? 👇

• Available to work Monday - Friday during Australian business hours (7:30am to 4:30pm, Philippine time; adjusts to 6:30am to 3:30pm during daylight savings) or mid- to after-hours.
• Extensive experience and expert knowledge of graphic design techniques and tools (Adobe CC Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• At least 3 years experience being a graphic designer
• Tertiary qualified or graphic design discipline equivalent
• At least 2 years experience working in a client-facing role, i.e. communicating directly with clients via emails, tickets or phone calls. International clients preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and still meet KPIs
• Bonus if you're familiar with Prepress procedures, or have worked in small and/or large format printing
