Overview
We’re looking for a Designer who thinks differently, and designs with intention.
Someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who knows how to turn strategy into visuals that actually mean something. From brand identity to digital campaigns, from big ideas to small details - you understand how it all connects.
You’re creative, but structured. You care about typography as much as you care about impact. You can work independently, remotely, and still feel part of something bigger.

Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development
- Develop and execute creative assets (for offline and online) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.
- Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visual concepts.
- Contribute to the evolution and strengthening of the brand identity.
- Support with internal presentations ensuring brand visual language.
Digital & Content Design
- Create visual content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design website assets including banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
- Develop email marketing visuals and digital campaign materials.
- Support e-commerce visuals (product pages, promotional graphics, ads).
Campaign & Activation Support
- Design materials for campaigns, launches, activations, and events.
- Produce POS materials, print-ready files, and promotional assets when required.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Organization & Process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control across shared platforms.
- Prepare and present creative proposals internally.
- Ensure proper handover of final assets in required formats and specifications.
Profile and Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work across digital and print.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills English (mandatory).
- Full professional proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (for collaborative and web-based design)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and structured marketing plans.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Enjoy dynamic environments and executing tasks with rigor and creativity.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Motion design and video editing skills.
- Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
