Join a global engineering team shaping the future of wireless connectivity in embedded Linux environments. We're looking for a seasoned engineer who knows the Linux kernel inside out and has hands-on experience developing communication features for WiFi and Bluetooth – from low-level drivers to userland integrations.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Design, implement, optimize, and debug wireless communication features in the Linux kernel and related userland stack
- Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to translate product requirements into working features
- Contribute upstream to open-source projects, including the Linux kernel
✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux kernel development
- Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and platforms based on Arm technology
- Proven track record working with Bluetooth Classic and/or BLE
- Experience developing and debugging WiFi kernel drivers
- Solid command of kernel debugging tools (e.g., ftrace, perf, kgdb) and performance profiling
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
🌟 Bonus Points For Experience With
- NXP i.MX platforms
- Yocto / OpenEmbedded build systems
- Developing across various Linux kernel subsystems
- Automated testing frameworks for kernel validation (e.g., LTP, kselftest)
- Contributions to open-source (especially kernel-related)
- Git proficiency and open-source tooling
- Working in globally distributed teams, delivering on schedule with high autonomy
