Senior Software Engineer - Linux Kernel Engineer

Join a global engineering team shaping the future of wireless connectivity in embedded Linux environments. We're looking for a seasoned engineer who knows the Linux kernel inside out and has hands-on experience developing communication features for WiFi and Bluetooth – from low-level drivers to userland integrations.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, optimize, and debug wireless communication features in the Linux kernel and related userland stack
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to translate product requirements into working features
• Contribute upstream to open-source projects, including the Linux kernel

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux kernel development
• Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and platforms based on Arm technology
• Proven track record working with Bluetooth Classic and/or BLE
• Experience developing and debugging WiFi kernel drivers
• Solid command of kernel debugging tools (e.g., ftrace, perf, kgdb) and performance profiling
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

🌟 Bonus Points For Experience With

• NXP i.MX platforms
• Yocto / OpenEmbedded build systems
• Developing across various Linux kernel subsystems
• Automated testing frameworks for kernel validation (e.g., LTP, kselftest)
• Contributions to open-source (especially kernel-related)
• Git proficiency and open-source tooling
• Working in globally distributed teams, delivering on schedule with high autonomy
