What we're looking for

We’re looking for a strategic, creative and digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Spicy Mango. This mid-level role is central to our continued growth and brand visibility, playing a key part in engaging decision-makers across the media, sports, entertainment, and digital publishing sectors.

You’ll lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, drive targeted paid media programmes, and support our commercial team in generating high-quality leads through compelling, benefit-led content. You must be comfortable translating technical propositions into clear business value, and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

You'll need to have

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B technology environment operating across SaaS and/or professional services verticals, ideally in media, sports, entertainment, or digital publishing
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts and product features into compelling, outcome-driven messaging
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social and content
  • Strong track record of managing and growing social media presence, creating engaging copy, and driving audience engagement and follower growth
  • Experience running and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns, including tailoring for different audiences and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, display)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools

What you'll do

  • Own and manage Spicy Mango’s social channels – from planning and content creation to engagement and performance tracking
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned social media copy and campaign content that resonates with our audience and communicates value
  • Develop and deliver integrated digital campaigns to generate demand, increase visibility and support commercial objectives
  • Run and optimise media and advertising campaigns, tailoring content and targeting to key buyer personas
  • Work closely with the sales team to shape and support lead generation efforts, aligning marketing strategy to pipeline goals
  • Support, plan and attend events to promote and represent Spicy Mango in the community
  • Create and maintain high-quality content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, emails, and whitepapers
  • Manage SEO and website performance to improve discoverability and drive inbound traffic
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, analyse data, and make optimisation recommendations
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, audience behaviour and competitor activity
